Mike Prince is a husband (to Julie), father of 2 young boys (Atlas & Noah) and the founder of The Conscious Creator Podcast & The Conscious Creator Experience.
Trevor Turnbull is a husband (to Sharmila), father to 2 young boys (Logan & Bodhi) and the founder of The Trevor Turnbull Show & co-founder of The SOURCE Collective.
They first connected as “Dads” pushing double wide strollers on the streets of Glenrosa (West Kelowna). And their friendship has evolved to one that is rooted in committed action to be greater versions of themselves every single day.
Oh…and they co-host a weekly Youtube show called The Cold Plunge Truth. 🙂

The adventure will begin on Friday night at 5pm where you’ll be greeted with a beer (or beverage of your choice), amazing views and a killer BBQ feast! Then get ready to immerse yourself in an amazing weekend that you will never forget with a group of brothers ready to live life to it’s fullest! By the time we check out on Sunday at 12pm, your heart will be full and you will be inspired to achieve the greatness that already exists within you!

And, we know that in order to create that change, we need to lead by example and align ourselves with other men committed to attaining self-actualization and embodying higher self. The world needs more men to step up and lead from the front. And, we would be honored to share this journey with you and call you our brother!

We are truly blessed to live in the beautiful Okanagan and would be remiss if we didn’t strap on our boots and climb the hills together!

HOT THERAPY
We’ll have a wood-fired, volcanic rock barrel sauna on site at the event! Saunas have many benefits including immune system boost & toxin release
COLD THERAPY
Want to feel TRULY alive!? There is no better way then to challenge yourself with an icy cold plunge! Even better…do it in a rustic wine barrel!
NUTRITIOUS FOOD
Our body is our temple! What we put into our bodies will serve us to live the life we desire! You can expect some epic food prepared by a pro chef!
Our gathering spot for the weekend will be at a beautiful rustic chalet with stunning BC Lake views (minutes from incredible hiking trails). There’s a hot tub, fire pit and lakefront access to hop on the electric eFoils, chill in the wood-fired, mobile barrel sauna and dip in the wine barrel cold plunge!

What do I need to bring with me?
Honestly…just bring yourself, an open mind and an excitement for adventure! Seriously, this even is all inclusive. The only thing you need are your clothes, a pair of shorts for the plunge/lake, a towel and a toothbrush. 🙂
What time does it start & end and where is it located??
We will begin our adventure at 5pm PST on June 10th, 2022 and we will depart from the chalet at 12pm PST. The chalet is located approx 45 mins from downtown Kelowna (on the way to Big White Ski Resort). Specific details will be provided upon payment.
What can I expect to experience at the retreat?
Well…we can’t tell you about all the amazing things we have planned. 🙂 But, you can expect great food, great conversations, great experiences and a great time! This weekend is about creating connection, providing opportunities for reflection and creating the space for integration with a group of men that will arrive as friends and leave as brothers for life!
